Capitol Infusion Concierge Mobile Service Policy

At Capitol  uInfusion, we bring professional IV therapy and wellness services directly to your home, office, hotel, or event. Our Concierge Mobile Service is designed to provide safe, convenient, and personalized care throughout Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia.

The Concierge Mobile Service Fee includes clinician travel, setup, medical equipment, supplies, scheduling, and the convenience of receiving care at your preferred location.

Standard Service Area

0–20 miles (one-way): $75

Extended Service Area

21–40 miles (one-way):

• $75 Concierge Mobile Service Fee
• Plus $2.00 per mile for each mile beyond 20 miles

Premium Service Area

Over 40 miles (one-way):

• $75 Concierge Mobile Service Fee
• Plus $2.50 per mile for each mile beyond 40 miles

Mileage is calculated using the shortest practical driving route from Capitol Infusion’s service hub at 8407 Greenwood Av, Takoma Park, MD 20912

 A minimum purchase of $150 in IV therapy or wellness services is required for all concierge mobile appointments.

Only one Concierge Mobile Service Fee is charged per location, regardless of the number of clients receiving treatment during the same visit.

The Concierge Mobile Service Fee is waived for:

• Appointments totaling $500 or more
• Group appointments with 4 or more paying clients at one location
• Active subscription members receiving services within 20 miles

Additional scheduling fees may apply:

• Evenings (after 6:00 PM): $25
• Saturdays & Sundays: $25
• Federal Holidays: $50
• Same-day appointments (less than 4 hours’ notice): $50, subject to availability

Waiting Time

Appointments include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time.

After 15 minutes:

• $25 per additional 15-minute interval.
• Appointments delayed more than 45 minutes may be canceled and billed as a late cancellation.

Clients are responsible for any parking fees, garage fees, valet charges, or road and bridge tolls.

Appointments requiring multiple treatment locations are subject to an additional $25 per stop, plus any applicable mileage.

Appointments canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur cancellation fees.

If a clinician has already been dispatched or has arrived at the appointment location, the Concierge Mobile Service Fee remains non-refundable

Capitol Infusion reserves the right to postpone or reschedule appointments due to severe weather, hazardous driving conditions, or unsafe treatment environments.

Clients are asked to secure pets and provide a clean, smoke-free, and safe area for treatment.

Routine concierge appointments are available throughout Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia.

Appointments beyond 60 miles are accepted based on availability and require a customized travel quote.
